In The Latest Entertainment News Of All Things Lady Gaga
Looks like Lady Gaga may possibly stepping into the role of Harley Quinn in the next Joker film. In the sequel, Joker: Folie à deux, the singer and actress is pictured opposite Academy Award-winning actor, Joaquin Phoenix, in an Instagram post.
During the latter half of Valentine’s Day, director and writer Todd Phillips, shared the close up of the two captioning,
“Folie à Deux” followed by a joker emoji.
Phillips directed the original film which earned Phoenix the academy’s highest honor in the Best Actor category. The next installment is slated to be released on October 4, 2024.
In the meantime, Gaga is up for her fourth Oscar nomination at the upcoming ceremony on March 12. She scored a nod for best original song and co-writing “Hold My Hand” from Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick film, per Billboard.
