For All You Food Lovers And Restaurant Connoisseurs

On Thursday, Nov. 29, upscale restaurant Bungalow had its own media day introducing items as part of its menu. 360 Baseline was invited to join in on the festivities and weigh in on the luxury restaurant.

Located in the Downton area off of Main Street, the fine-dining eatery has a marble-tiled floor in its lobby area with velvet booths, greenery, and gold accents as part of its decor.

Their private dining room holds up to 35 people and has its own guest entrance for added comfort. Bungalow also has a private bar on its second floor hidden behind a bookshelf that seats up to 20 guests.

The menu for tasting included delicious truffle fries, sweet cream corn, brussels sprouts, steak cutlets, and a nice bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream.

Specialty drinks included Liquid Gold with Honey Whiskey, the Heartbreaker, similar to a lemon drop, and the Bungalow’s version of an Old Fashioned.

During their soft opening earlier this year, Alife Lifestyle Group’s cofounders, Mojeed Martins and Jonathan Reitzell said in an interview that the establishment has performed better than expected,

“Bungalow Downtown has exceeded expectations in soft opening and the restaurant is looking forward to continuing to provide an elevated dining experience with our grand opening before 2023.”

They added,

“We look forward to the restaurant providing Downtown Houston with another highlight and another reason why Houston is a great travel and dining destination.”
