In The Latest Entertainment News Of All Things Martin Lawrence

The 57-year-old actor is next in line to receive his star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame on April 20. Per VIBE, Vice President of Media Relations for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, announced on Tuesday (April 11) about the comedian’s milestone,

“Comedian Martin Lawrence to be honored with [a] star on the Walk of Fame on April 20th! #walkoffame,” she said in a tweet.

Following the reveal, the Big Momma’s House alum shared his reaction in a video saying,

“We did it, bruh! We did it!” he said in a reaction video post the announcement. “All the way from Landover, Washington D.C., all the way to Hollywood. We did it. Oh, man. God bless. God bless.”

It was official that Lawrence would get his personalized star in June 2022. Lawrence has been on the scenes in movies and television since the late 80s. His breakout role in Do the Right Thing to House Party, his hit sitcom Martin and of course, the Bad Boy franchise.

The seasoned actor will reprise his role as Detective Marcus Burnett for the fourth installment of Bad Boys 4 which is in the works alongside Will Smith.
